FINALLY DONE

This week has been crash week. We had report cards going home today. We are using a new system for uploading grades and I am the one responsible for making it work. Lots of early days and late evening hours to press buttons and dump lots of files from one bucket so to speak into another and produce 200 report cards, put in envelopes sort and send home for signatures. Amazing.

This is the first time teachers had inputted grades into GradeQuick. I believe Hunter Systems dreaded hearing my voice on their answering system help desk line, as I called it quite a few times this week. I know Ben, Don, and a few others by name from their company.

It was coming down to the wire but they all got delivered and into students hands by carpool time. I learned a ton more things this time and figured out alot on my own just waiting for the help desk to call me back. Guess it was good training for the Information Technology days ahead of me when I change fields.
