It took 2 phone calls to get the heating and air place to call us back. Meanwhile we got a bill in the mail for $95 for services rendered. HA! I DON'T THINK SO.
When Nick and the owner finally made contact, the service tech had confessed to the crime to his boss and the boss gave him a firm reprimmand and told him he didn't care if the vault was standing wide open, you don't look in!
The $95 was waived after it was all said and done.
We live in a wild world and you just can't trust people.
We are VERY thankful for good neighbors.
